How to Initiate Change within the Army World…

I recently read an article about a study that showed that the magic number to influence people acting without direction is 5 %. I expect it may require more effort to get people to change course and perhaps that is what the army is hoping to get from the ICE system.
The ICE system is a place where the military community can rate the service they get on post and receive feedback about that service. I have used this system numerous times to make complaints about certain issues and even to show gratitude when I receive great service or found a program extremely useful. ICE kiosks can be found in numerous locations on your installation.

I feel the availability of the ICE system online & in numerous locations (IE: PX, Hospitals, & etc.) shows that the army realizes that the quality of life for the soldiers and families on certain installations is not what it should be and they are looking to improve this. So ladies voice your opinions good and bad. A wise woman once told me if you don’t use it your loose it! Visit here to make your voice heard. Remember ladies show compliments to programs you want to keep around as well.
